DATA SHEET FOR COATING MATERIAL AULA KSU 75

AULA – DATA SHEET FOR COATING MATERIAL AULA KSU 75

Chemical characterization:

Mixture of ground coko with clay and binding agents for foundries

Supply form:

50, 40, 25kg paper sacks, banded 21,27, 42 sacks for each pallet, stacked, labeled, shrunk with poly-hood

Applications:

Mould blacking for moulds, cores and ladles in cast-iron foundries and non-ferrous castings and steel factories

Coating types:

Extursions, flooding, brushing, immersion

Purpose:

With good properties, an oven distribution of the blacking over the mould is attained, for which a smooth surface is guaranteed. Moreover, a temperature insulation layer occurs between mould and metal, which increases the useful life of the mould (cores/permanent moulds) and makes separation of the casting from the mould (cores/permanent moulds) considerably easier.

GRAPHITE DISPERSION COATING MATERIAL KSU 75

This coating graphite is developed in particular for the use of brass material (but also others) and is highly fire resistant. The use as forming graphite for forms, cores, dies and pans is optimal in the way of spraying, floating, painting and dipping (in cooling bath) possible. The good fluidity and equal distribution to the coating material guarantees the full coating of the total surface which also guarantees a smooth final surface of the castings for the surface treatment to follow. Furthermore a temperature resistant isolation between form and metal lengthening the life time of the dies, forms, cores and facilitates the separation of the casting from the die.
